All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to Australia and free over $150.00

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our two store locations listed on contact page. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 0 to 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are listed on our contact page. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop S128, Elizabeth Shopping Centre Elizabeth South Australia AU 5112

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
